Origin & Region: Sourced from shade-grown tea gardens in Japan, where first-flush tencha leaves are stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder for unmatched vibrancy and umami.
Altitude & Processing: Grown between 300–2,000 ft and shaded for several weeks to enhance chlorophyll and amino acids. Hand-plucked, steamed, dried, and de-stemmed before stone-milling.
